Over 250 wineries will be participating in this year's event including wineries from the US, Chile, New Zealand, Spain, and more. This event will feature a variety of activities include the opening night party, delicious dinners paired with wine, educational seminars, and so much more. You will find a variety of tickets available for purchase depending on the type of experience you are looking for.
Come experience the 75th annual Santa Barbara International Orchid Show here in the area. This festival is one of the oldest and biggest orchid shows in the country and highlights the incredible history of growing orchids in the region. The event will include giant orchid displays, national and international artisans and orchid enthusiasts, art exhibits, comprehensive workshops, and so much more. This year's Santa Barbara International Orchid Show will take place March 10th through the 12th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.
Come experience the open-source transformational arts and music festival that is Lucidity Festival here in Santa Barbara. This creative festival has been around for 10 years and inspires a variety of artistic workshops, intellectual and somatic expression, and of course the spontaneous flash mob that is always a favorite. This festival encourages you to be silly and wild while following your dreams. Lucidity Festival will take place April 7th through the 10th at Live Oak Campground.
You will find a variety of live music events taking place this spring at a variety of venues around Santa Barbara. Venues in town include Lobero Theatre and Music Academy which always offers all-ages events. This event takes place at the zoo where local wineries will offer tastings of their delicious vintages. The zoo will be open after hours so guests can stroll around the huge exhibits that are full of exotic animals. This is an adults-only event and is a great date idea. Roar and Pour will take place on Saturday, May 6 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM; VIP hour allows early entry for VIP guests from 4:00 to 5:00 PM for an additional charge.
Get ready for a two-night event that only comedian Trevor Noah can provide later this spring. His Off the Record Tour is coming this June just after he stepped down as host of the Daily Show on Comedy Central. Come see his delightful comedy in person at Santa Barbara Bowl. One of the largest events in Santa Barbara takes place at the end of spring with the Santa Barbara Wine and Food Festival.
