We were in Santa Barbara for our son's wedding, and this house was perfect for our needs. It was large enough to accommodate our family comfortably, and it had everything we needed. The home is beautiful inside and out. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the beach and great restaurants. We did have some maintenance issues during our stay, but we followed the instructions in the book and they were taken care of quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Paradise Retreats has been very effective in managing our property located in Solvang since early 2015. Here's why: I believe that a property management company earns its fee by handling all problems surrounding property so that we, as owners, don't have to deal with issues related to guests, maintenance, or procurement. They also do a good job marketing and keeping my property occupied. I have seen my occupancy rate increase year over year. The staff have been very responsive to our requests and work hard to ensure our renters are qualified and meet our specific requirements.
