We were in Santa Barbara for our son's wedding, and this house was perfect for our needs. It was large enough to accommodate our family comfortably, and it had everything we needed. The home is beautiful inside and out. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the beach and great restaurants. We did have some maintenance issues during our stay, but we followed the instructions in the book and they were taken care of quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Paradise Retreats have been managing our property in Santa Barbara for over 10 years. We have been working with Paradise Retreats for our Penthouse property in Santa Barbara for 11 years now. I have always been very happy with how they manage everything from soup to nuts! They are a very efficient team and when issues do arise with guests, they are on it right away. They have great people and also a very efficient system of obtaining quality guests for our rental. The maid service has been wonderful and we get compliments on how clean and fresh everything is. With regard to the finance side, Paradise provides owners with access to their accounting so you can see real-time transactions, balances, new reservations, etc. I highly recommend Paradise Retreats because they provide us peace of mind and we know the job they continue to do for us is always solid, top-notch, and thoughtful.

Paradise Retreats has been very effective in managing our property located in Solvang since early 2015. Here's why: I believe that a property management company earns its fee by handling all problems surrounding property so that we, as owners, don't have to deal with issues related to guests, maintenance, or procurement. They also do a good job marketing and keeping my property occupied. I have seen my occupancy rate increase year over year.
