Although there is no part of this delicious "diner" that we don't appreciate, we think its location inside a lighthouse offering sea views may be the thing that delights visitors more than anything! Step inside and look up through a chandelier of Edison lights to the black steel stairs that curve around and around until they reach the top and feel thankful that you don't have to climb them all. The restaurant does offer two levels of seating, however, with views that stretch out for miles and a patio overlooking tall palm trees planted on the edge of the harbor. There are no white tablecloths in Blue Water Grill, but the attentive staff, delicious food, and light-filled rooms will welcome each guest as if they have been coming in the door for years.
Blue Water Grill Santa Barbara offers a comprehensive and taste-filled menu of all your favorites. Its international flavors encompass many of our favorite countries. Enjoy bouillabaisse from France, cioppino from Italy, and all-American crabcakes from Maryland off their appetizer menu. The Grilled Spanish Octopus is a favorite of adventurous diners, and because not everyone is comfortable with the more exotic tastes offered here, their Fish and Chips satisfies appetites of all sizes! The lunch menu is only available from 11 until 4 and features a lobster roll and tacos, as well as a few other tasty meals. When it comes to dessert, please don't make us choose our favorite as EVERY dessert is rich, delicious, and house made!
