Shania joined the Paradise Retreats team in 2024 after working in short-term property management in Big Bear. Shania has gained firsthand knowledge in managing properties ranging from cabins to luxury vacation homes. Shania loves the variation in her daily work as Assistant Property Manager. She is passionate about hospitality, enjoys making a difference in the guest experience and takes pleasure in caring for homeowner’s assets and meeting the needs of both guests and owners. Outside of work, Shania enjoys hiking, fishing, and fostering dogs.
