Located in the exclusive More Mesa Shores community, this large ranch home is ideal for nature lovers. The back deck opens up to More Mesa Open Space, a grassland habitat for lots of cute critters that also includes miles of hiking trails. It’s not uncommon to see bobcats, coyotes, mountain bikers, and locals on horseback all in one day. Situated in between Goleta and Santa Barbara, everything is a short distance away.

The five-Bedroom home offers more than enough room for everyone. Upgraded kitchen appliances and cozy couches make it easy to spend a night in watching the sunset through the large bay windows. The outdoor deck includes a hot tub and unobstructed views of surrounding nature. Plus there's a private walkway down to the beach.
